We are currently looking for two practitioners for a supported housing project in Ipswich The project works with 16-18 year olds and we offer specialist support through social work led service provision and housing accommodation of a high standard. We are currently looking for Social Worker or Senior Supported Housing Worker The post involves working directly with young people supporting them to manage their daily routine and developing targets and skills for their future you will also be responsible for supervision of staff within the project and creating and developing support plans. As part of your role you are also responsible for completing keyworking sessions writing reports and attending statutory reviews. A social work qualification and registration is desirable but this is not essential and applications would be considered from those with significant experience and demonstratable skills Rota is in place and hours are flexible. 36 hours per week and four sleep ins with a salary between £20500 and £23000 (inc sleep in) Also Support Worker (10 hours per week plus 2 x sleep in) We are also looking for a second practiioner to undertake support work for 2 evenings per week.
