The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and managing a Domiciliary Care team and have a Nvq Level 4 5 or equivalent qualification and at least 2 to 3 years experience The successful candidate will Be fully conversant with Government legislation and Cqc guidance Be enthusiastic committed and drive to expand the business and manage staff efficiently.
