Office Manager Estimator Leeds Office (Leeds)

C80 Solutions have a position available for an Office Manager Estimator. Candidates must have experience of managing other members of staff have a confident telephone manor and be fully proficient in all forms of It. The Office Manager Estimator will control the accounts system within the office issuing invoices and providing quotes upon request to clients. They will combine this with delegating work into the relevant departments and managing day to day dealings within the office proving a first point of contact to new customers. Experience within the Construction or Renewable Energy sectors will be held in high regard. Previous job roles suiting the day to day activities would be Managerial Accountancy Secretarial and Administration based positions. Responsibilities Estimating Accounts -Manage Accounting Software (ClearBooks) for C80 Solutions -Generate Quotations for clients -Generate and chase Invoices for clients Administration -Manage Certification accounts for services provided by C80 Solutions -Manage training programmes for C80 Solutions staff -Control It Paper filing system for office Team Communication Management -Distribute workload between relevant departments within C80 Solutions -Manage lead in times for individual services within C80 Solutions -Organise Diaries for off site staff -Liaise with freelancers partners sub-contractors. C80 Solutions are a renewable energy and building compliance consultancy based in the North of England.
