Windows Xp Network Engineer Hardware Software for Internet Cafe in W2 (Paddington)

Hello we are based in W2 and have a small network of 30 Pcs. We have three printers attached and some of our systems are running without maintenance. We need someone very experienced to have a look at our network and suggest ways that we can improve the performance of each individual Pc whether that means a complete reinstall on each Pc or simply giving it a good clean and upgrading some components.
