Accounts assistant Bookeeper (Battersea)

There is a full-time position available for a highly skilled self-motivated driven individual to support the team in a import trader company. This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the office and would suit a self-sufficient highly organised individual with a pro-active attitude towards completing work to deadlines with minimum supervision. Skills Experience Italian speaking Good experience In accountancy or as a bookkeeper Good verbal and written communication skills Professional telephone manner Computer and Ms Office literate Work independently using your own initiative as well as work as part of a team Duties include Be first point of contact to customers retailers suppliers and clients Answer customer enquiries on the phone General filing bookkeeping and general ledger Creating invoices for customers Working hours Mon-Fri 830am to 1700pm sat 730am-1030am.
