Decorator wanted for South London Building Firm. (South London)

We are a residential building firm specialising in rear extensions and loft conversions in South London. We are looking for an experienced decorator who is able to work on our projects on a full time basis. We can accommodate your own projects from time to time if you have an existing order book. This individual will be effectively self employed but with a full order book from us. Your requirements Experienced in decorating painting with water and oil based paint thorough preparation ideally wallpapering. Experience in external maintenance and painting. Able to manage another decorator assistant to help in preparation and painting. Based in or near South London. You need to be within 30-40 mins away maximum. Own tools and equipment brushes rollers trays protective sheets etc. Self employed and able to manage your own time. Good client facing skills and ability to get on with work unsupervised. Clean and tidy with a smart appearance. Most importantly you will only be satisfied with the best possible finish. The position This will be a flexible appointment for a capable individual. Some jobs will be priced work and others on a day rate. Typical day rate £100-120 per day. More available if priced work is completed promptly and on time. Bonuses available for top quality work completed to programme. Payment will be under the Cis scheme so a Utr will be needed. Various locations throughout south london mainly Clapham Battersea Southfields Fulham etc. Typical work is painting refurbished houses internally and externally. Sash windows skirting doors.
