Temporary Administrator Required (Norwich)

We are currently seeking a Temporary Administrator to join our rapidly-growing Medical Research team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a small thriving academic and commercial research company. The Administrator will be required to work alongside the team to assist in the day-to-day running of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a keen eye for detail a good work ethic and the willingness to learn. You will need to be efficient organised and able to work with minimal supervision. This role would suit somebody who enjoys variety and flexibility in their role. Day-to-day tasks will include but are not limited to Recording of study data on company systems including scanning and data entry Administrative support for the company e.g. monitoring of resource use placing stationary orders organising filing system answering telephone. Liaising and managing contracts with medical practices and medical personnel Supporting project managers on reports publications mails mergers etc Supporting the Pa to Director as required The company is currently based in Cawston near Norwich. Own transport is essential. Immediate start available. This role will last for a minimum of 6 weeks Excellent if your looking to gain office experience Working hours will be 9am 5pm.
