Customer Sales Assistant (United Kingdom,Newcastle upon Tyne)

Customer Sales Assistant One of the leading UKs banking organisations has a Part Time job vacancy in one of their Gosforth branches the role will be 28 hours per week working Monday-Friday occasionally Saturdays on lieu time. The purpose of the role is to provide face-to-face banking services building rapport with customers and generating referrals for the Branch Manager and the other Financial Advisors within your team. Day-to-Day responsibilities Being the first point of contact for customers in the branch in order to deal with a range of general banking enquiries and specific product enquiries Identify where the bank can help the customer pursuing sales leads where possible Contacting customers to discuss opportunities to help them and arrange appointments Liaising with other internal departments external parties where necessary Balance cash at end of the day Support the branch with cashiering and administrative duties and contribute towards a culture of excellence by giving the best possible service experience to customers Ft £15581 pro rata if part time Flexible contract i.e. stated hours can include Saturdays with time off in lieu If this role is something you feel your skills are suited too and you are passionate about building a career in the banking industry please send your Cv with a covering letter as to why you have the transferable skills for this role.
