The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the continued development of our social media solution as well as scoping resourcing and implementing new web projects. Senior level Php skills are a must as well as the project management and leadership experience to manage and grow our existing crew of talented developers. Other responsibilities will include Working with the requirements from account managers to provide technical scopes for new projects Php development of our existing solution and new projects Planning development iterations Problem solving issues during a project. Management of the development team as well as full resource planning for every project Identifying shortfalls and overflows of resource. Coordinating with offshore development teams and hiring new staff if the delivery schedules require. Communicating the status of project builds to non-technical staff Overall responsibility for the delivery of each project. Responsible for the quality of all online projects The successful candidate will be a great communicator with project management experience and a proven track record in agile delivery. A high level of knowledge in writing application code using Zend framework Javascript and being familiar with various Cms environments is an asset.
