Vehicle Sales Advisor (Doncaster)

Autosave is a unique bespoke online telesales car dealership based in Doncaster with a large number of affinity partners within the church charities unions and caring sectors. These include Unison the Gmb Union and the Camping and Caravanning Club. We now have an opportunity to join our team in the role of Customer Vehicle Advisor. In this telephone-based role the main duties will be Dealing with inbound enquiries via telephone and email Advising customers on scheme benefits and vehicle selection Qualify the customer s needs regarding vehicle requirements part exchange details and method of funding Recording enquiries onto the Dealer Management System and update as required Sourcing appropriate vehicle for our customers via our partner base Completing all relevant paperwork Attending Exhibitions on an ad-hoc basis Experience in the motor industry is an advantage but full training will be given to the candidate that possesses excellent interpersonal and time-management skills with an interest in vehicles and a can-do attitude. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a commitment to the ethos of our business and the ability to offer the highest quality service to our customers in keeping with our Company standards. Hours of work are Monday Friday 9am 6pm and 10am 7pm rotating and alternate Saturdays. Basic pay is £12k plus bonus with an Ote of £25 30k.
