Web developer required for a very exciting project (Southend)

We want to produce a mobile compatible digital indoor map for a building. This service must feature a search function so users could search for a specific room and receive directions from their current position to the specified room. Users will scan a Qr code placed in the building which will link to a Url showing the user where on the map they are. From my limited back-end Web dev knowledge all of the room numbers will be featured in a MySQL database which the search function will interact with. So in regards to the winning bidders responsibility. We will need you to build a method that allows users to scan a Qr code which will send them to a Url with the digital map (floorplan) showing where they are then from there users will be able to click on another part of the map (e.g. a different room) and get directions. One method we have been suggested is to create a graph representation of the map (v.g. each room a node and each point of the corridor with an access to a room another node plus a node for corridor intersections. Store with the nodes which point of the map they represent and link the nodes with segments representing the distance. We dont mind how it is achieved provided it is manageable practical and secure. The schematics (floorplans) of the building will be provided and you will be working alongside a front-end developer designer who will assist with all front-end aspects of the projects so you do not need to worry about to visuals just the back-end functionality. Definitely a lot more work after this if it all goes well Thank you
