Field Engineer (Birmingham)

Rapidly growing It and Telecoms Support company is looking for a Field Engineer to support some of there prestigious Financial Services and Blue Chip clients. You will have good working knowledge of Building installing and maintaining Servers. An in depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and Windows Servers Call centre technologies ie Voip Ivr Call recording software A basic knowledge of telecoms ie cabling Pbxs You will have excellent troubleshooting skills an eye for detail and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Ideally you will have an It Qualification such as Mcp or Mcse etc. You will be willing to attend client sites across North England as required. A car allowance of £5500 will be offered as part of your package.
