Windows Technician : Berkshire (Bracknell)

help4IT is a successful organisation providing outsourced It support to businesses throughout the South East and Nationwide. We seek a Windows technician to give 1st and 2nd line remote and onsite support to our customers. The successful candidate will be familiar with the Windows desktop and have some knowledge of server operating systems together with backoffice applications e.g. Exchange and SharePoint. You will have passed some or all of the exams required to gain an Mcse. In addition you will be able to demonstrate some knowledge of local and Wide area networking together with how Windows can interact with with other operating systems e.g. nix. We also like to hear from you if you have good knowledge of nix operating systems.
