French Speaking Food Purchasing Assistant (Vauxhall)

Classic Fine Foods is an importer and distributor of quality ingredients to top end Hotels Restaurants and specialist Retailers in the UK. The company is growing fast ad were looking for a French speaking Purchasing Assistant to join immediately. Duties involved Creating purchase orders in our Sap system and receiving goods Updating the product database Checking order confirmations and spotting discrepancies if there are any Liaising with suppliers for orders invoices and logistic of the goods in transit Dealing with ad hoc administrative tasks related to the purchasing department Skills required Attention to detail and good organization are essential for this position Use of Microsoft Office Word Excel and Outlook Fluent in English and French written and spoken Able to work under pressure as part of a team and as an individual Salary £15000 per annum with possibility of a monthly bonus to be implemented after 3 months trial period Working Hours Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
