Lettings Manager Salary Basic £15 20k Basic 25 30 k Ote including car allowance Location South Bristol Are you a competitive achiever with leadership skills and excellent attention to detail? We are an independent sales and lettings agency looking for a confident and ambitious team manager with drive and enthusiasm to lead an experienced team. Your responsibility will be to run the Lettings and Management Team to push the business forward at all points whilst reporting directly to the Md. In return for your commitment you will be provided with the full support of an established forward thinking independent Estate Agency. Profile This is a position for an experienced and knowledgeable individual who may already be an existing Branch or Assistant Branch Manager. Someone who is ready willing and able to take full responsibility for motivating a team into delivering profitable levels of business alongside superior levels of customer service. A positive outlook and a willingness to lead by example are qualities you will need to exhibit. Necessary Attributes Current Lettings Experience Ability to List Value Properties Management Experience Driven Motivated Proven success in Lettings role Strong People Management Skills Ability to win new business Excellent presentation communication Skills Polished Well Presented Lettings Qualifications would be Desirable The role will entail Managing a small lettings admin team Conducting viewings valuations Negotiating key terms with tenants and landlords Creating marketing material for new properties Handling new business enquiries Complaint handling Guidance on property law In house referencing Maintaining and updating internal records Setting up co-coordinating all lets agreed through to move in Invoicing and money recording Administration High levels of attention to detail are a Must 2 Years previous experience within lettings is essential for this role.
