It Support Company based in Vauxhall London requires 2 Senior Mac Engineers to start Asap SupportPlan SupportPlan Specialises in Mac and Pc Support for the Creative Industry. We provide It Support mainly for fixed price contracts but also have a some clients on pay as you go. Clients span across many Industries from Retail Banking Charities Music Design Pr Publishing and Local government. We need someone who is committed and versatile and a real It enthusiast. No clock watchers or 9 to 5 people need to apply You Ideally you will be from an Apple Service Provider background. Need to be able to work alone and as part of a team. Be highly organised and be good at paperwork. Be a problem solver solving high level problems as well as day to day issues. Take responsibility and meet deadlines. Will be doing installations providing troubleshooting remote and onsite support. Provide hardware software network support.
