The successful applicant will have a broad range of It Support skills but would have to include the following Excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum of 2 years proven experience working in a desktop and server support environment Windows Sbs 2003 2008 2011 Windows Server 2003 2008 2008 R2 Non Essential experience but nice to have Hyper-V Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security Storagecraft Backup Vigor Routers Sonicwall Firewalls Hardware to hardware Vpns Elastix FreePBX VoIP Website management A very varied opportunity in which you will also have the opportunity to learn a wide range of new skills in order to widen your skill base at all times. You will be the first response to a clients needs queries and therefore must be able to communicate well via the telephone and through emails.
