Technical Author Technical Author needed to write Product User Guides delivered online and as part of the Help Wizards provided within the product user interface. Must have a proven track record of delivering clear useable guides for highly technical products with excellent presentation skills. To have good communication skills as will be liaising with engineers and marketing departs. Will be using own initiative as well as working within a team. If applicant has previous telecomms experience and Ss7 voIP this would be a distinct advantage though not essential. Salary dependent on skills and experience. Permanent position.
