Position Customer Services Representative Type Permanent Salary £23 000 per annum Benefits 20 days paid holiday per annum Location London Momenta are currently looking for reliable organised and hard-working individuals to join our customer service teams based within our client companies. Those teams will work in a result orientated quality controlled environment where being able to work with a high level of accuracy to prescribed processes and to strict deadlines is a prerequisite. You will be working as a Customer Service Representative within a complaint handling environment which will involve handling complaints regarding Payment Protection Insurance. Our clients include High Street Retail Banks Packaged Product Providers Investment Banks Life Assurance Companies Investment Advisers and Professional Services Firms. Given that we expect you to be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism in your attitude appearance and conduct. In order to be successful in this role you will need to be highly literate and numerate and have excellent It skills. The ability to demonstrate you can learn quickly and achieve targets is mandatory. You will have recently graduated or have achieved a recognised professional qualification. No previous experience in the Financial Services industry is necessary as full training will be provided.
