Dutch Trade Service Representative (Canary Wharf)

A very exciting opportunity has arisen through an established consultancy firm to be part of a Trade Finance Department based in Canary Wharf. Successful candidates will have a passion for providing high quality service to customers across Europe Middle East and Africa. Role The Trade Service Representative s role is to offer a specialized service and provide Trade solutions to corporate clients as well as Financial Institutions ensuring their expectations are continually met. Key Skills Experience Dutch speaker with written and verbal fluency in at least 1 of the following languages German French Spanish essential. Fluency in English required. 1-2 years experience in a Customer Services role required. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) at all organisational levels. Proficient in the use of computer applications and packages. Excellent working knowledge of Ms Office. 1-2 years Trade Finance experience within in a banking environment would be highly valued. Good Macro knowledge of trade flows would be desirable.
