Trainee Investment Mortgage Broker (City Centre)

Sms Ltd are mortgage brokers specialising in arranging investment mortgages for clients throughout the UK. We are seeking 2 individuals to join our team and assist in the expansion of our business. Significant changes within the mortgage market over the last 3 years have meant that many more people have to consider renting rather than buying a property. This in turn has created strong demand from people seeking to purchase property for letting. This is known as a Buy-to-Let or investment mortgage. The UK lenders have responded to this demand by doubling the number of mortgage products in this area over the last 12 months. At the present time there are approximately 15000 transactions per month and this seems set to grow. Using a variety of online marketing initiatives we receive enquiries from investors throughout the UK who are seeking to arrange an investment mortgage. Having clarified the clients objectives your role would then be to research the market for the best solutions communicate these to the client and then initiate the application process. The successful applicant will have a unique opportunity to develop their own business within an established business structure. Experience of the financial sector is not required however you will need to be highly numerate preferably degree qualified and have superb tele-communication skills. Previous experience within a tele-sales role would be a distinct advantage. Realistic Ote for the 1st year would be £30000 rising to £50000 after 3 years.
