London New Homes Associate Basic £30-36k Ote £50-70k (Angel, Islington)

Hi Im Brett Alegre-Wood Chairman of Ypc Group and together with Shane Hindocha my Director of Land and New Homes we re expanding our property sourcing and agency team in London. You will ideally have had at least 5-10 years of experience in estate agency in London and having experience in New Build Property would be preferable. Ypc Land and New Homes alongside Ypc Group is the largest of its kind and is well established in the UK Middle Eastern and Asian marketplaces. As London New Homes Associate you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with London based developers and agents to ensure a constant stream of New Homes for our clients to buy at a discount. Your specific duties are likely to include Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration and negotiation prices and terms. Arrange for signing of heads of terms. Maintain communication with sellers to ensure they are updated. Research and complete appropriate due diligence on each area development and property we take on. Visit developments and conduct area inspections including taking photos for our website. Present developments to the sales team and answer questions they may have. Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated. I would expect you to have excellent sales and negotiation skills good business sense Initiative drive and enthusiasm excellent communication people skills good planning and organisational skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure are all essential elements of the role. Salary Package You will be paid a Basic Salary depending on experience of £30k 36k plus a bonus based on results of the team so I would expect that you would earn an On Target Earnings of upwards of £50k 70k but its uncapped. After a period you will also have the opportunity to join the companies profit share scheme and eventually the Share scheme. This is a long-term role and we expect massive results.
