It is an office based job consisting of answering phones and providing remote desktop and server support with occasional site visits. A flair for problem solving is a great help as is being able to keep on top of 10 prblems at once We provide desktopserver network hardware Ip support hosting and VoIP services (among other things. Experience with any or all of Linux Windows Desktop Windows Server Virtualisation technologies Adsl Asterisk-based VoIP Cisco Ios and Analogue telephony an advantage but not essential.
