Internship as Video-Content Business Developer (South East London)

Videoplugger Ltd. is a growing independent international media company based in the multicultural London suburb of Sydenham. Since 2005 Videoplugger has been gathering the top newsworthy and essential video content to the public via its large international network of broadcast and online clients worldwide. Videoplugger is currently opening new internship positions that could potentially lead to a permanent position within the business. Were hence looking for highly motivated and openminded candidates willing to spend a medium-term internship at our headquarters in Sydenham. The role will involve top-level business development within the broadcast and online industry at an international level processing video and multimedia content market research within the industry liaising with clients and other office related tasks. The winning candidate shall be extremely motivated by the opportunity to learn new skills and play an active and important role within an indepenent media business. We are looking for enthusiastic detail focused sociable self-starter individuals with great communication skills an open mind interest in other cultures and languages a positive attitude computer literacy plenty of curiosity and the ability of lateral thinking. A second European language is essential. Preferred languages are Spanish Polish Danish Norwegian Korean Chinese Czech Slovakian Slovenian Croatian Serbian Greek Bulgarian Romanian. Education at degree level is preferred but we would consider students with a good curriculum and the right attitude for a part-time and or short-term role. Some experience or a proven strong interest in business development and public relations would be beneficial. Important given the level of training provided internships are generally unpaid but business related expenses will be refunded.
