Marketing and Administration Assistant (North London)

Marketing and Administration Assistant We are looking for a versatile and reactive candidate who will be involved with a wide range of aspects within the company. Candidates should have a University degree level of education or equivalent. Marketing and administration tasks will form the bulk your role. The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills in order to ensure effective administration in the office. The candidate will also be responsible for the company s primarily B2B Advertising Public Relations website maintenance and other Marketing duties while based within a small office environment. The small size of the business means that you will also be exposed to a variety of other ad hoc duties. Experience in using graphic design software would be of assistance. As a company that specialise in data capture solutions and software we operate within the UK and internationally and you will also be comfortable liaising with our wide customer base. The company also rents out several properties and there will be some duties involved with organising tenancy agreements and communicating with the tenants in regards to maintenance. Person Specification The right applicant will have Marketing and or strong administrative experience Communication Skills Good time management and organisational skills Excellent team working skills as well as the ability to be self motivated Willingness to learn and develop existing skills. Attention to detail. Good working knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite.
