The Position Within the support team you are responsible for assisting and advising customers in choosing the offer or package corresponding to their needs. You are contributing to optimize the quality of customer service. Your tasks Help customers via telephone and email Verify their needs and information requests related to our offers and packages Follow up communication with the customer Qualifications Good knowledge in It and new technologies (ideally knowledge in websites and hosting ftp ssh and dns) Good written and oral skills Good telephone skills Sales Skills Background A levels. You will have relevant experience in this field Either past experience or an A Level in Computing or Ict.
