Ifa Sales Support Administrator (Alexandria)

Your responsibilities will include initial research new business processing compiling suitability letter templates servicing existing business and liaison with product providers whilst providing full administrative support to clients and the Ifa s within the company. Candidates must have experience in an Ifa support role (or working with multi tie advisers) preferably dealing with Mortgage Protection clients. Dealing with Wealth Management clients would be an advantage however not compulsory. We are a small local Ifa company based in Alexandria West Dunbartonshire and are looking initially for a part time worker and we can negotiate on days hours of work however a minimum of 16 hours per week will be required. Temporary position hopefully leading to permanent for the right candidate. Hourly rate depending on experience. Starting from £7.50 per hour to £15 per hour
