Independent Financial Advisers (Employed Ote £40000 Leeds This is a growing Ifa practice based in Leeds that is currently expanding its business through recruitment of employed financial advisers to add to its existing team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to progress and grow their career with the support of an experienced financial practice. Some clients and leads will be provided however to be successful you will need to generate your own new opportunities to ensure that you meet your targets. Main Duties- Independent Financial Adviser The successful Ifa will be required to Identify potential clients Make their own appointments and manage their diary Provide independent financial advice recommending relevant products to meet the client s needs (including mortgages life insurance investments pensions etc Close business with the customer and provide ongoing support and information Complete all required compliance and regulatory paperwork Essential Skills Independent Financial Adviser Currently practising as an Ifa you should be fully qualified and either hold a Diploma in Financial Planning or studying towards this. You will also be registered with the Fsa. Other skills required include and 61485 Good current knowledge of the financial services market and current products that are available and 61485 Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with a broad range of people and 61485 Enthusiasm and resilience with the ability to handle rejection and 61485 Computer skills You will also need to have your own transport in order to get to your appointments.
