Flash As3 Developer (Oxford street )

we are a established West End digital agency working with medium to global sized companies. We are looking for a flash As3 developer who is able to work onsite at our office and has a good working knowledge of building custom video players. An understanding of the Mvc design pattern would be useful but not essential. Day rate £75 125 No Agencies Please
