Part Time Helpdesk Support Analyst (Ms Office 10 Windows 7 Itil) Part Time Helpdesk Support Analyst required by a UK wide services firm in Colchester of 1000 users. You will provide ah hoc sickness and holiday cover working 2 3 days a week on average as well as being an additional resource during busy periods. Your core skills should include Ms Office 2003 2007 10 (Word and Outlook Windows Xp Vista 7 Blackberry Devices Active Directory as well as having excellent customer service skills. As a Part Time Helpdesk Support Analyst you will be part of a growing technical team responsible for providing remote support taking ownership of problems with an emphasis on troubleshooting and delivering excellent customer service. The firm are investing heavily in It and will be upgrading their entire desktop infrastructure later in the year to Ms Office 2010 and Windows 7. The role offers to ability to gain exposure to new technology and develop your technical applications skills as part of a key firm wide programme. Ideally you should have experience in a similar role working in a professional services environment (finance accountancy legal consultancy etc) in a similar role. The firm are in process of raising the profile of It within the business and any exposure to Itil or similar service delivery methodologies is highly beneficial.
