Lead Business Analysts will join a highly skilled team to work on a European programme of It transformation and process re-engineering. Lead Business Analysts must have at least 3 years Business Analyst experience of working on multiple It development business change and process change projects in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Lead Business Analysts must possess excellent problem solving skills be an excellent communication (both spoken and documentation be personable confident and be able to push back against the business in demanding environments. Implementation and systems development projects will include but not be limited to Contact Centre Call Centre Technologies Crm It Support Technologies Business Process Workflow Management Systems Lead Business Analyst must ideally have experience of one or more of the above projects and ideally have exposure to Bpm Itil Six Sigma or equivalent business process methods.
