I am seeking a Technical Helpdesk Engineer for my Major client offering career progression. You Must have a minimum of 1 years experience within the Helpdesk Arena covering Avaya Ip Telephony Cisco Ip Networking Ip Services Dhcp Dna Tftp Http Lldp. Microsoft Servers Office Exchange Active Directory Crm or Ticket logging excellent communication skills. Avaya Nortel experience would be a massive advantage. Cisco Routing You will be required to call log on Crm system that come in via email. Answer support calls and logging and managing tickets via phone. respond to all tickets within agreed Slas. Perform 1st and 2nd line diagnostics and support to clients Escalate 3rd level when required. Racking emails and activities to ensure comprehensive history of all actions on the ticket. Assist with any internal It or Telephony issues. Provide out of hours on call support to customers.
