Business analyst (Clifton)

Summary An excellent opportunity to join a friendly and dynamic team that develops and delivers web-based software for large corporate and public sector clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated individual to join our growing team as a Business Analyst. You will be required to undertake analysis of client and business requirements and translate these requirements into a technical solution and more efficient set of business processes. Additionally you would be required to document the agreed requirements in accordance with Auros development processes. Competitive package and superb working location. Key responsibilities to include Work closely with client and users to establish project business requirements using own business web development and Cms (content management system) product expertise to identify the most appropriate solution to client needs Respond to client enquiries provide analysis and advice and document requirements such that development and testing work can be accurately estimated and planned Produce accurate and comprehensive user requirement specifications Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and that at all times Auros practices and procedures are adhered to Work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit analyse communicate and validate client prospect requirements Understand business problems and opportunities in context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the client or prospect to achieve their goals Act as a client advocate throughout the project lifecycle. Desired skills and experience Experienced in facilitating elicitation of client requirements Excellent client liaison skills experience in building and maintain client relationships Articulate written and verbal communication Broad business knowledge Knowledge of software development processes Ability to learn and understand Auros development procedures Is a team player Excellent understanding of web technologies. Cms specific knowledge advantageous Writing requirements specifications Estimating work effort involved in producing requirements documents (in consultation with development colleagues Excellent attention to detail Ms Office Aware of Seo Xhtml and Html standards Wcag Accessibility standards Cms .Net development Aware of business process improvement practices and principles Aware of user experience design Familiar with workflow design concepts Company description Auros.
