Sales Customer Service Representative (Redhill)

As part of its ongoing expansion Kobalt Computers Ltd requires a Sales Customer Service Representative to be located at its head office in Redhill Surrey. The Position This vitally important role will require the successful applicant to provide pre and post sales customer service to Kobalts ever expanding customer base as well as creating new business opportunities through self generated leads targeting a variety of industries including engineering retail media (3d digital animation films games) and financial market analysis. You will be required to look after customers during the purchase process through to delivery with post sale customer service playing a significant role. The Candidate The successful candidate will be an extremely motivated individual with a very professional attitude excellent communication skills and a high level of initiative and organisation. You will be required to communicate with clients face to face over the phone and e-mail. Previous experience in the It industry is preferable and you will have a strong interest in computing and hardware. You will be part of a small team of dedicated knowledgeable individuals all with a passion for the products that Kobalt produces.
