Trainee It Support Technician (Rugby Based) (Rugby)

We have an opportunity to provide work based training for the right candidate. You will ideally have studied at college in Electronics or It. You will have knowledge of Pc components and an active interest in learning Customer Service skills are essential. Based in Rugby you would be working with a small team of Engineers and Developers to support our rapidly increasing customer base. Solving problems assisting with installations and supporting the operation whilst gaining valuable experience in the It industry. Some travel would be required in supporting the operation but the role is mainly office based. The ideal candidate will already possess an investigative nature good problem solving skills and the ability to retain knowledge or create appropriate reference material. The trainee position is expected to last 2 years with a salary review after 12 months. No qualifications essential however reasonable grades in Maths and a foreign language would show the right aptitude. Working Monday to Friday 0830 to 1730 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch some flexible working hours may be required during busy periods. Salary circa £10-14k based on experience.
