Junior Php Developer (Altrincham)

Seo Creative are looking for a full time junior Php web developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some commercial experience have examples of sites they have worked on and will be able to demonstrate their basic web development skills through a simple test. Ideally the candidate would be degree level qualified but this is not essential. This is a great position for a young developer as it is a learning role with plenty of opportunities. We also offer flexible working hours with the potential to work from home on certain days. Salary is competive and based on experience. Required skills Php Xhtml Css Xml Understanding experience using MySQL Working knowledge of JavaScript Working knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop Desirable but not essential (training will be provided Seo experience or basic understanding of Seo Experience with WordPress Experience with Oscommerce Phpbb Magento and other OpenSource platforms Experience with the Zend framework Experience with jquery Day to day projects you will be working on include WordPress websites blog integration and optimisation Magento Ecommerce development and optimisation Search Engine Optimisation of static website Creating basic contact registration forms Basic on-page Seo analysis Development of websites based on design files (provided as Photoshop Psd files)
