Earnings are negotiable according to experience as an estimate you can expect to earn approx £22k ote in your first year. We have a unique advancement program which will take you from an entry level position to a team leader position within six to twelve months. Upon completion of your basic training you will be offered more advanced training at the end of which you will become a team leader and be given the chance to develop your own crew. The final stage of training will prepare you for a managerial role during which you will be educated in matters such as legal issues Hr administration and campaign management. The ultimate goal of this training program is to take you from the trainee position to a position where you will be able to manage your own complete team and run your own campaigns. We also have a fantastic bonus scheme in place which rewards you each time you are promoted to the next stage of training. We can also offer the opportunity for UK-wide travel.
