Contract Supervisor (Milton Keynes)

A professional M&E maintenance provider is looking for a resident Contract Supervisor to work in a corporate building in Birmingham City Centre. Ideally with a mechanical bias you will act as the main interface between the company and their client. Strong communication skills matched with a solid background in Facilities Management service delivery could lead the successful candidate into a full contract manager position. This is a 6040 split hands on to supervisory and client management. Ideally with a mechanical bias you should be familiar with Hvac fan cool units and air handling units.
