Job Ref 10823 Job title Senior Engineer (Parking Design) Location London Rate £25 26phr Ltd Term 6 month temp contract Job Purpose Summary Our client a West London local authority is seeking a Senior Engineer specialising in Parking design for a project to review town centre parking and implement waiting and loading restrictions throughout the borough. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Undertaking waiting and loading reviews surveys All design stages (using AutoCAD) Public consultation Liaison with local traders and members of the public Drafting and making Traffic Orders Key Skills Requirements A good understanding of relevant Traffic Order Making legislation. Experience and knowledge of Traffic Order Making within an urban environment including drafting advertising and making orders. Ability to write reports and a wide range of correspondence relating to Traffic Order Making. Experience in Parking and or Waiting and Loading design Considerable AutoCAD and AutoSIGN experience
