As a Warehouse Team Leader you will Monitor warehouse work flow ensuring all departure deadlines are met Plan the workforce shift patterns Monitor and keep warehouse cost controls Supervise the workforce Ensure warehouse end of procedures are followed Oversee training needs of staff. The ideal Warehouse Team Leader will hold the following skills and experience Experience within a warehouse operational environment Supervisor experience Experience within the transportation industry Able to manage and lead a team to provide results and excellent levels of customer satisfaction Fluent in English both spoken and written Sound commercial understanding and judgment Mhe license It literate Fire Safety or First Aid trained.
