Desirable skills Previous sales experience or account management exp My client is looking to take on an Internal Sales Engineer working within the established Sales team dealing with major accounts. Aim Building up to a quoting and selling role understanding selling in a controlled environment and understanding the markets they sell into and our customer requirements this will include account management of major accounts. This is an exciting opportunity with the potential for the candidate to progress within the Sales team possibly advancing into an external sales role however this will depend on the suitability of the candidate. Duties You will be responsible for providing quotations chasing enquiries and orders and building relationships with specific customers. Communication will play a major part in the role this will be with customers suppliers as well as our production and engineering departments. You will have an Induction process where you will spend time within each department including Engineering production and assembly there will be onsite training and this will be followed by offsite training where necessary and depending on the candidate. My client is looking for a candidate with the following skills Works well in a team. Excellent communication skills. Organised. Enthusiastic about engineering. Computer literate. The applicant must be computer literate have a good telephone manner and work well as part of an existing team. Energy and drive will give the successful candidate the opportunity to progress within the company.
