Job Opportunity Ict Co-Ordinator Based At Head Office (Sussex) Ref Hoict0611 Southern Solar Ltd is an expanding solar energy installation company. We provide a professional service with an emphasis on high quality relationships. Our main work is the installation of solar thermal and solar electric systems for domestic public sector and commercial clients. Due to growth we are looking for a capable and well organised administrator to assist our It Manager with data management document management equipment record keeping auditing and database administration. Job Description Be the main point of contact for staff regarding Ict issues running a companywide helpdesk for 55 users Liasing with external It contractor for resolution of It issues Salesforce database management data cleaning reporting configuration and set up Coordinate the collation of data for marketing campaigns Co-ordinate the purchase and distribution of computers Co-ordinate fixed line telephone systems and mobile phones with external contractors Co-ordinate the purchase and installation of software and licenses Maintenance of the file management system and updating document formats Record keeping and auditing of It and telephone equipment Actively look for ways to assist colleagues Experience Essential A proven knowledge of business It and communication systems A proven track record as an organised administrator Desirable Prior experience of a helpdesk or customer services environment Manipulation of data with Excel and databases Experience of using Salesforce.com Skills And Qualifications Essential Excellent It skills (including Outlook Word and Excel) Excellent communication skills Excellent time management and organisational skills Desirable 2 A levels at C or above or similar qualifications relevant to the job description A relevant 2.2 degree Character Essential Proactive attitude to problem solving Friendly and outgoing Methodical Other Desirable Enthusiasm for renewable energies Full clean driving licence Essential Legal right to work in the UK Benefits And Remuneration A starting salary of £18-22k depending on experience Company bonus scheme Training opportunities 22 days paid holiday plus bank holidays Option on stakeholder pension To apply please send a Cv and covering letter detailing your skills and experience in relation to each of the points in the job description along with 2 references and Hoict0611 in the subject line.
