We are due to move in to our new offices at the end of the month and are looking to start a new business to run along side our technology company. Our concept is to rent deskspace to freelancer designers and web developers for £20 per week this will include all bills broadband connection and your own computer. We as a design and technology company with a sales team and established client base will find and bring in suitable and relevant work depending on your skills and will take a 20 commission on all work that we provide you. As a self employed freelancer who pays for the desk space that we provide you are free to do your own work with your own clients for which we would not recieve any commission as we would only charge commission on the work we get for you. If you are a freelancer or just starting out in the design industry this is an excellent oportunity to have the the full festures of an office which includes the use of phones kitchen facility and even the use of a board room for any meetings with clients all for just £20 per week. As a bonus our sales team will even help find and source work for you which will help you create and establish yourselves with a good strong client base. This is an excellent oportunity to get space in a good clean office and to have access to resources and facilities that are generally would not be cost effective to a freelancer.
