Unique opportunity for a talented and ambitious Drupal Php developer (London)

If you are talented Drupal developer with aspirations of doing more than just developing code please read on. We are in the process of creating a new enterprise site using Drupal 6. The site is very close to completion and we are looking to add a developer to the team to help get the site out of the door and maintain the site once officially live. We are looking for an individual who can add real value to the project beyond just writing code. We are looking for someone who is interested in becoming an integral part of the company and is comfortable working in the fast paced environment that is internet start-ups. The ideal candidate will need to be hardworking determined responsible and beyond all else ambitious. The role will suit you if you are someone who enjoys problem solving is capable of thinking outside of the box and you are interested in joining and building a business from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate the position will help you grow and develop your skills as a developer and a business person. You will be joining the team as the lead developer so your roles and activities will change and evolve as the business does. Essential Skills Drupal 6 Excellent knowledge of Linux and Apache configurations MySQL 5 Sql Xhtml Css2 JavaScript jquery Ajax Excellent English both written and spoken Desirable Skills Knowledge of Mvc frameworks (Zend Cake Symfony etc) A background in Ui A degree in Computer Science or the equivalent An entrepreneurial streak You will need to be highly motivated ambitious and excited by the potential rewards (both career wise and financially) of working in a successful start-up Location Work will be done remotely however you will need to be based in London as the team meets at least twice a month Timeframe The site will be launched officially at the start of July Remuneration You will join the team on a cash plus equity basis. Your initial starting salary will be £20k 25k. This will be complemented with a sizeable equity offering based on your skill ambition drive and desire to make the company a success.
