You will be a dynamic ambitious and enthusiastic User Experience Designer You will have a strong business acumen and the ability to understand and appreciate a wide range of business models You will have a strong appreciation understanding of digital design branding and marketing You will have excellent strategic skills You will have excellent knowledge of online usability accessibility and industry standards best practices. You will be responsible for the research and planning of websites from simple brochureware sites through to large ecomms and complex web systems apps. You will capture and analyse site project requirements You will develop user personas and journeys You will generate logical functional sitemaps and process flows You will conceptualise and design user interfaces and wireframes Using a range of tools you will create and develop site wireframes prototypes user personas and where appropriate storyboards. If you can tick the boxes below we really ought to talk I have at least 1-2 years of experience in web based user experience design and or information architecture I have good knowledge and experience of the various social media platforms (Facebook Twitter etc) and their integration into websites and Ia Ux methods. I have a good level of experience and understanding of Axure or similar wire framing software Google Analytics and Google Optimiser tools I have some knowledge of open-source web development technologies i.e. Content Management Systems (Cms) such as Wordpress Drupal and Magento and standard development practises Php coding etc I have some knowledge of web standards and best practises across information architecture user experience search engine optimisation (Seo) and development I understand the online conversion funnel focusing on conversion optimisation to drive user goals and actions throughout a website I am able to work under pressure to very tight deadlines with a strong focus on achieving client satisfaction I can work without supervision and strive to better targets objectives I am willing to put in the necessary hours to achieve results I have a Ba Bsc or similar experience education I am eligible to work in the UK Warning We Do discriminate if you aren t passionate about your work and career don t apply for a job w
