As Brake Press Setter Operator Programmer you will Setting up and operating fabricating machines such as fly punch and brake presses to cut bend and form materials. Trim file grind deburr buff and smooth surfaces on occasions Inspection of own work to ensure conformance to specifications and operation of computer controlled equipment(Cnc) To facilitate the improvement and maintenance of the quality of the design output and product output of the company To ensure that all work is of high quality Following written and verbal instructions to determine sequence and methods of fabricating and assembling sheet metal parts and products. Product- Light fittings and associated metal work and shop fittings-ie shelving units for various shops. Set machine with correct tooling follow drawings Program machine in correct sequence Candidate requirements Experience in the use of PromeCAM or similar. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Previous relevant experience or training would be beneficial.
