Test Manager (Glasgow)

Stafinders is currently working alongside one of the world s most experienced engineering companies. They are looking to recruit a Test Manager for their site in Glasgow. Main duties Manage and drive test process improvement in line with goals of reducing cost and lead time Set direction and drive for the team Develop existing Kpis to drive improved performance at all levels Confidently represent the Test function at senior level and with our customer base Develop a culture that focuses on schedule adherence cost reduction and meeting commitments Develop and drive a training process that strives for full flexibility within the team. Applicants should preferably be Degree qualified in and Engineering discipline as well as have experience within a similar Engineered to Order Project based business. Also you will have to demonstrate experience in process and culture change and be comfortable getting involved in issues and discussions.
