Engineering Manager Maintenance Manager Bristol We are looking for experienced Engineering Manager Maintenance Manager for a role that will give you the opportunity to evaluate the engineering department and recommend and implement improvements to established a stable manufacturer system. Reporting to the Operations manager you will be responsible for leading a small maintenance team. You will ideally hold a higher engineering qualification and be working as either an Engineering Manager or Maintenance Manager within a high speed manufacturing facility ideally food. The Engineering Manager Job Helping to develop and deploy the engineering department vision and strategic plan enabling them to increase factory efficiency and improve performance. Leading and developing the engineering support teams and driving a culture of strong performance management so that each team member achieves their potential Partnering the Operation core teams to improve key business results and develop engineering skills and knowledge Planning and controlling engineering budgets to deliver the most cost-effective results Identifying opportunities for improvements within the Business The Successful Engineering Manager will have Experience of managing a maintenance department within a high speed manufacturing site ideally food. Hold a higher engineering qualification Experience of improving reliability and Lean manufacturing techniques
