To act as Clerk of Works on allocated individual projects liaising with Project Managers and construction professionals to inspect construction works on site for compliance with drawings and specification. Proven and extensive background in Mechanical Services Installations on large complex projects Proven and extensive managerial background Knowledge of prioritising workload to programmes fee income Cscs Construction Card Time served apprenticeship in an appropriate building services craft City and Guilds Certificate in appropriate discipline.
