Head of Pre-Sales Ip Data Networks (London)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Pre-Sales to join an Ip Data Networks team based in London earning a basic salary of up to £70000 plus car and realistic £90000 package. The company is a leading It infrastructure systems integrator with a significant presence in the UK. As Pre-Sales Manager you will report to the Cto and lead the Pre Sales multi-disciplined team to support the sales effort and maximise sales through providing sales support in meeting and customer presentations and design solutions Taking ownership of various product deliveries whilst leading the Pre-Sales team unit. Remaining hands-on by attending high profile customer meeting and being the technical lead for Ip Data solutions. Your duties will include To lead a team of 8 pre-sales engineers across multiple technical disciplines including Ip Data Networks Voice It Security and Server and Storage solutions To take ownership of the Ip Data Network Solution stack including Juniper Brocade Extreme and Foundry To achieve an excellent understanding of the various product ranges in order to manage the performance of informative and enthusiastic demonstrations and customer presentations To define the standard of work in conjunction with the sales team in regard to responses to tenders and identifying standard elements for estimation and documentation Lead Design Authority To drive a high standard of performance from pre sales through to implementation within the team Overseeing the companies technical workshops The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences Pre Sales solution selling experience Managerial experience You must have experience of Ip Data Networks including one of Juniper Brocade Extreme or Foundry Excellent communications skills at both senior business and technical levels Leadership and motivational experience Commitment to quality service and process improvement Professional presentation skills leadership gravitas ability to hold an audience with authority Start Date 25-07-2011 Duration n a Reference 025AE Industry Sector It SalaryBasic up to £70000
